Here, you’re set up with one of our preferred lenders in order to get pre-approved (not just pre-qualified) for a home loan. Next, you’re automatically enrolled in our “Market Watch” program in which you’ll get notified automatically of every new home which comes to the market that meets your specifications. Once the right home is found, we research the area to determine the best price and financing options available and we make an offer.
Upon acceptance, we'll connect you with the qualified inspectors you’ll need in order to determine the home’s condition. The closing will take place through our preferred Title Company in order to ensure that all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed and your best interests are covered. Then we’ll cover your new home with a Home Warranty and enroll you in our Home Owner’s Club to provide you with just about any type of contractor you’ll need during your years as a homeowner. All of this occurs with our complete oversight so that you can rest assured knowing that you’ll receive excellent service with positive results!
